退款政策

Our store operates as a curated boutique buying‑service for sourced brand items.

Most items are final sale and non‑returnable & non‑refundable under normal circumstances.
Please double‑check size, style and item details carefully before placing your order. Make sure all specifications meet your expectations prior to purchase.
In exceptional cases where you insist on returning your order despite our non‑returnable policy:
  1. You must ship the goods back to our designated international warehouse at your own cost.
  2. All outbound and return‑shipping fees are fully borne by the customer. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
  3. A restocking / handling fee of 30% of the total order value will be deducted from your refund to cover sourcing, operational and logistics costs.
  4. Items must be returned unused, undamaged, with complete original packaging and tags attached. We reserve the right to reject returns if goods arrive worn, damaged or without original packaging.
  5. Refund will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned merchandise at our international warehouse.
